Commercial Kitchen/Utilities (Use of oven, stovetop, grill, and/or deep fryers)

A $100 unscheduled clean-up fee charged if Client fails to return building to its original, clean condition post-event. A $100 fee charged for unscheduled, unwashed dishes and/or glasses. If Client fails to exit venue promptly, exceeding the agreed end time of the event specified in this contract, $50 per every 15 minute increment past agreed end time will be charged accordingly to card on file.

All reservations require a non-refundable date hold deposit (60% of total event fee) at time of booking via credit or debit card. Balance due 21 days before event date.
